YCAN – Youth Climate Action Network is a 36-month Erasmus+ Capacity Building project that aims to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda to promote climate awareness and foster youth-led climate action. Through non-formal education, mobility opportunities, and cross-border cooperation, the project equips youth workers and organisations with the skills, tools, and methodologies needed to engage young people and support the design and implementation of local climate initiatives that respond to community needs.
